The idea behind this blog came from The Crafter's File Box Blog. It's basically a collection of tutorials, projects, crafts, and ideas that make up my constantly growing "To Make" list. This is mainly for personal use but feel free to follow, comment, or just look around.

Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup butter, soft
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp coconut extract
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup flaked coconut
2 cups chocolate chips
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and coconut extract. Stir in dry ingredients, then coconut and chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 9-10 minutes or till lightly browned.
-Makes 4 dozen
How cute are these Jell-o watermelon wedges! I found them at Sarah's Projects and cannot wait for a reason to make them.
Directions for Watermelon jell-o bites: Cut limes in half, gut them out, then pour in pink jell-o, and refrigerate. Once hardened, cut halves in half again.
